Contact Gold Calculator Hub
The fastest way to reach us is email. Every message goes directly to Sukie Gao, the site’s founder and editor, and we aim to reply within two business days.
What to contact us about
- Corrections. If any number, purity value, or payout range on this site looks wrong, tell us which page and what you found. We treat correction emails as the highest-priority inbox.
- Your selling experience. Received a quote that was far above or below our published ranges? Sharing the buyer type, your item’s karat and weight, and the offer helps keep our payout spreads honest for the next reader. We never publish names or personal details.
- Topic requests. If you searched for an answer about gold values and couldn’t find it here, ask — reader questions drive our editorial calendar.
- Media and research inquiries. Journalists and researchers are welcome to cite our calculators and payout data with attribution and a link.
What we can’t help with
We are not appraisers and cannot value your specific item by email — photographs cannot verify karat or weight, and guessing would do you a disservice. For antique, designer, or gemstone jewelry, a certified local appraiser is the right call; for melt value, our gold calculator will get you an accurate number in under a minute. We also do not buy or sell gold and cannot connect you with private buyers.
Before you email
Many questions are already answered in our guides — particularly on karat purity, weighing gold at home, and what different buyers pay. Browse the navigation menu above or start from the homepage, where every guide on the site is linked. The FAQ section at the bottom of each article covers the most common follow-up questions for that topic.
Postal correspondence is not currently available — email is the only channel we monitor. We do not offer phone support.
