Who we are

Gold Calculator Hub ("we", "us", "the site") is an independent informational website at https://goldcalculatorhub.com, operated by Sukie Gao. Information you provide directly

The only personal information we receive directly is what you choose to send us — typically your email address and message content when you contact sukielovesupport@gmail.com. We use it solely to respond to you. We do not operate accounts, newsletters, or comment systems, and we never sell, rent, or trade your contact information.

Values you type into our calculators (weights, karats) are processed in your browser. They are not transmitted to our servers, stored, or associated with you in any way.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, we use analytics to understand how the site is used. We use Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity, which collect information such as pages visited, approximate geographic region (city level), device and browser type, referral source, and interaction patterns (scrolling, clicks). Clarity may record anonymized session replays in which text you type is masked. These tools use cookies or similar identifiers. IP addresses are processed for geolocation and then truncated or anonymized by these providers.

Our hosting provider (Vercel) keeps standard server logs — IP address, user agent, requested URL, timestamp — for security and operational purposes, retained for a limited period.

Advertising

We display advertising served by Google AdSense to fund the site. Google and its partners may use cookies (including the DoubleClick cookie) to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites. This site is intended for a general adult audience and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
